After you get to the item that needs adjusting, write down the original setting just in case you have to go back.

1. TV turned on.
2. Select ‘[b:1gt23ku9]Setup[/b:1gt23ku9]’ icon.
3. Select ‘[b:1gt23ku9]Cable[/b:1gt23ku9]’ mode.
4. Select ‘[b:1gt23ku9]Timer[/b:1gt23ku9]’ icon and set ‘[b:1gt23ku9]Sleep timer[/b:1gt23ku9]’ for 30 minutes.
5. Press ‘[b:1gt23ku9]Action[/b:1gt23ku9]’ twice to exit menus.
6. Tune to Channel ‘[b:1gt23ku9]124[/b:1gt23ku9]’.
7. Adjust ‘[b:1gt23ku9]Volume[/b:1gt23ku9]’ to zero ([b:1gt23ku9]0[/b:1gt23ku9]).
8. Press ‘[b:1gt23ku9]Volume down[/b:1gt23ku9]’ On TV a red [b:1gt23ku9][color=#ff0000:1gt23ku9]CHK[/color:1gt23ku9][/b:1gt23ku9] appears in upper corner.

You are now in the [b:1gt23ku9]Adjustment mode (Service Mode)[/b:1gt23ku9].

You will be presented with a category choices.
B Picture
C Cut off
D Deflection
P PIP
S Options
X Comb Filter

9. Use the ‘[b:1gt23ku9]Power[/b:1gt23ku9]’ on the Remote to select which category.
10. Use the ‘[b:1gt23ku9]Channel[/b:1gt23ku9]’ up or down’ to select the item.
11. Write down the old value of the item before changing.
12. Use the ‘Volume up or down’ to change the data.
13. When you have made all the adjustments you want press ‘[b:1gt23ku9]Power[/b:1gt23ku9]’ and ‘[b:1gt23ku9]Action[/b:1gt23ku9]’ On TV for 3 seconds.

Data sheets are available for most models. These sheets list a description for each item as well as data range and typical settings for your model. If your setting is substantially different than the sheet then you may be developing a problem.

Refresh the Local Host Cache

If the IMA service is currently running but published applications do not appear correctly in ICA Client application browsing, force a manual refresh of the local host cache by executing dsmaint refreshlhc from a command prompt on the affected server. This action forces the local host cache to read all changes immediately from the data store. A discrepancy in the local host cache occurs only if the IMA service on a server misses a change event and is not synchronized correctly with the data store. Read more »
